Confession, when Coldplay sings “Green Eyes”, I absolutely pretend they are singing to me. Not quite as upbeat as “Brown-eyed Girl” but an anthem none the same. I’m a blonde haired, green-eyed Irish girl who loves herself some green shadows. I may start a writing campaign to Maybelline because their Color Tattoo Limited Edition Fall 2012 line was amazing. I can only hope that this line makes the full-time rotation before I hit the bottom of the jar. (Otherwise, Olive, I’m coming for yours!) Maybe Coldplay should be by opening paragraph to Maybelline, I mean, it does address my love affair quite nicely.

I haven’t reviewed these two shades by Flower Beauty. Vine of the Times was a different texture than Time Willow Tell. It was more creamy (if that is possible.) Time Willow Tell was more in line with Midnight Garden. I love the unique shades as they are different from anything else I have in my collection but my overall impression with these two shades is that they work better as a primer under a powder eyeshadow. When I have worn them alone, I didn’t think the staying power was on par with the Color Tattoo’s. They performed better as a primer.
